Terms and Conditions – Guido Besserer Photography

By booking a photography consultation or session with Guido Besserer Photography, you agree to the following terms:

Photography Services
All photography services, session details, pricing, and deliverables will be discussed and confirmed before the session takes place.

Copyright and Image Usage
Guido Besserer Photography retains the copyright to all images created during a photography session. Clients receive personal or agreed-upon usage rights for delivered images. Images may not be modified, sold, licensed, or used commercially without written permission from the Photographer.

Editing and Final Images
The Photographer retains creative control over the final selection and editing style. Standard editing includes adjustments to color, exposure, contrast, and cropping. Additional retouching or special editing requests may require an additional fee.

Payments and Booking
A retainer may be required to reserve a session date. Session dates are not considered reserved until the required payment has been received. Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients are asked to provide as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling. Retainer payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, illness, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the Photographer’s control.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for obtaining permission for photography at private locations when required. Clients and guests must follow safety instructions during sessions.

Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event that the Photographer cannot complete a session due to circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.

Drone Photography and Aerial Services
Drone photography and aerial services are performed in accordance with applicable FAA regulations and safety requirements.

The Photographer reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel drone operations due to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, safety concerns, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond the Photographer’s control.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate location information and obtaining any necessary permissions for photography on private property. Additional approvals or permits may be required for certain locations or operations.

The Photographer cannot guarantee specific aerial images or flight conditions, as drone operations are dependent on weather, airspace availability, and safe operating conditions.

By booking services with Guido Besserer Photography, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
